Trough strict selection, Tianjin’s Torchbearers of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games are determined and the name list was announced on April 30, 2008. Mr. William Lin, president of Dragon is elected with honor.

        The theme of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay is "Journey of Harmony" and the slogan Light the Passion Share the Dream. From March 24, 2008 to August 8, 2008, the torch relay will cover five continents 21 cities as well as 113 cities in China with total 1.37 million miles.

        416 torchbearers will carry out the glorious mission in Tianjin. They are coming from different fields; many of them are outstanding personnel of the industry, and even the well-known personality domestic and abroad; as well as the ordinary laborers working behind the scenes with selfless dedication.
