In April 28, 2007, Mr. Frank Zhou, chief engineer of Dragon Telecom was honored Tianjin’s Labor Medal for the year of 2006. Mr. Zhou has been working in Dragon for about ten years and is respected by colleagues with his good work ethic and excellent technical ability on internet and telecom service.
