In July 24, 2006, Tianjin Mobile Communication Co., Ltd and Dragon Telecom Co. Ltd signed a cooperative agreement on Multi-Media Paper service about co-host the “Tianjin Mobile Paper- Novel Club”. It is the first multi-media paper of literary version. Dragon Telecom takes charge of collection, editing and arrangement, while Tianjin Mobile is responsible to send the content to customers. The service has been launched formally.
