　　The first preparation conference of PTC organizing committee was held at Dragon Telecommunication Ltd.

　　In April 2004, Mr. Chai Zhong-da, Vice Secretary General of Municipal Government hosted the first preparation conference of PTC organizing committee at Dragon Telecom, which represents the beginning of preparation initiatives for PTC Mid-year conference. It is clarified on the conference that PTC 2004 Mid-year conference is co-hosted by Pacific Telecommunication Council, Ministry of Information Industry and Tianjin Municipal Government, and jointly organized by Tianjin municipal Information Industry Office, Hi-tech Industry Park and Dragon Telecommunication Company.
