    The delegation of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government visited America to take part in the GTM, giving publicity to the PTC Mid-Year Seminar and attracting investment.　

     The delegation that consists of Zhongda Chai, the Deputy Secretary General of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, Ping Lu, the Director of Tianjin Municipal Government’s Information Industry Office, James Lin, the Executive Vice President of Dragon Telecom Co. Ltd (the representative of PTC) visited America and took part in the GTM from May 18 to 22. The GTM is one of the most influential meetings. During the conference, the delegation held friendly intercourses with France Telecom, AT&T and MCI, etc. With accompanying of representatives of Alcalt, the delegation visited 311 and 911 Call Center in New York. And William E. Spencer, Senior Vice President of Motorola, had interviewed the delegation in Chicago.
