　　Mr. James Lin, Vice President from Dragon Telecom visited Washington, USA to attend GTM conference on 24 May 2004, accompanying by Tianjin municipal government delegation led by Mr. Chai Zhong-da, Secretary General of Municipal government and Mr. Lu Ping, Director of Municipal Information Industry Office. Meanwhile, they visited 911 Emergency Center in New York and Motorola headquarter in Chicago, USA where they received cordial treatment by Mr. Robert, vice President of Motorola.
