        PTC Mid-year exhibition and seminar was successfully held from 14 Sep. 2004 to 17 Sep.2004, co-hosted by Pacific Telecommunication Council, Ministry of Information Industry and Tianjin Municipal government; co-organized by Tianjin municipal Information Industry Office, Hi-tech Industry Park and Dragon Telecom. There are more than 200 VIP from 21 countries and areas being invited to join us coordinated by Dragon Telecom. Mr. Zhang Li-chang, Central Political Bureau commissioner and Secretary of Tianjin Municipal Council attended the opening ceremony where Mr. Luo Hao-cai, vice president of national Political Consulting Committee unveiled for the convention. Mr. Wang Xu-dong, Minister of Information Industry, Mr. Dai Xiang-long, Mayor of Tianjin and Mr. Bruce, president of PTC delivered speeches on the ceremony. This conference is a successful opening activity distinguished as the largest scale, the biggest size and the highest standard in the recent years. This is the first PTC international conference held in the city of Mainland China.
