In December 2004, Mr. William Lin attended the ‘Returned Overseas Students Pioneering Forum for 2004’ in Beijing, which is organized by central committee of Chinese Communist Youth League and All-China Youth Federation. He was also invited to participate in TEDA Assembly Hall—Tianjin activity where he delivered a presentation of special topic.
