On 21 January 2005, Mr. William Lin attended the third Conference of the 11th Municipal Political Consulting Committee where he submitted various resolutions and suggestions on economic development and municipal construction, among which there is a suggestion on striving for an intelligent community.
Mr. William Lin suggested the municipal government pay more attention to intelligence buildup which needs sufficient support, and greatly publicize Tianjin to further expedite informatization development in Tianjin. |
